Whether it is using the modelling tools to map the complex dependencies of a service or modifying probe threshold behaviour with the policy editor, Neon allows the OSI solution team to rapidly deploy new off-the-self solutions and enables users to tailor support processes to their differentiated services.

    • Today’s sophisticated services require more than network data to ensure their performance. Neon allows for the capture and analysis of data from varied sources, including probes, customer equipment, billing and other operational systems. These varied data points can then be used to provide better key quality indicators and impact analysis.

    • With the Neon models and policies defined, the runtime environment can now do the heavy processing.     • The Neon integrated Customer Management Data Base structure (iCMDB) facilitates rapid modelling of service behaviour. The Neon iCMDB also provides the optimum process for managing solution versioning and deployment and the introduction of externally-defined functions. The integrated nature of the data structure allows for both functional and capacity scaling.
