Itron started its operations last 2000 as a Business Partner of Agilent Technologies Singapore. Itron Pte Ltd was founded to provide world-class calibration services to the various customers of Agilent in the South Asia Pacific (SAP) region. It was also formed to provide necessary expertise in the total management of a project, particularly in hardware maintenance, call centre management, repair and calibration of test & measurement equipment and systems.

Today, we have our wholly-owned subsidiary office in the Philippines (Itron, Inc.) . It was formed after Agilent decided to close its subsidiary office in the Philippines last April 30, 2003. Itron, Inc. is composed of a dynamic team of engineers and professionals, mostly former employees of HP/Agilent. With an expert staff of engineers, trained and committed to providing an excellent service, we ensure the customers' requirements always come first.

Itron, Inc . is the 1st independent ISO-17025 calibration laboratory in the Philippines with RF and Microwave test capability . It is the 1st Authorized Service Centre in the world for the local installed base of Agilent's Electronic Products and Solutions Group (EPSG) and Communications Solutions Group (CSG). Moreover, it is also the Authorized Service Provider for Semiconductor Test Systems (STS) in the Philippines supporting the SOC, Memory Test Systems and other legacy test systems of HP/Agilent.

From our origins in 2000 as a business partner of Agilent, our calibration and repair businesses have steadily grown into a recognized, regional leader. Today, Itron serves leading corporations and government agencies in Asia in a variety of market sectors, including electronics & semiconductor manufacturing, military, aerospace, communications, automotive, and more.

Itron is the Service and Support partner of Agilent Technologies in South Asia Pacific region.
